The struggle has become real. As with every lifestyle change – comes salad. It is the vessel for your protein. No carbs. No sugar. Salad and protein to get bikini ready. Nevertheless in my quest to find salad delicious I have scored the jackpot.

Add in: cucumbers, edamame, pumpkin seeds, goat cheese, homemade lemon dressing ( olive oil, lots of lemon juice, minced garlic, honey, Dijon mustard)
Protein of your choice ( I use cocktail shrimp)
